healing from trauma, supporting your mental health, and fortifying

Steff Gallante is a professional wellness coach and instructor who
empowers her clients to uplift their day-to-day life by
incorporating tools such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and
Ayurveda self-care practices. Her services provide mental,
emotional, energetic, and physical health support through
one-on-one and group sessions. Steff holds a Masters of Education
in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is a a
mental health and trauma-informed yoga teacher, certified Ayurvedic
Yoga Specialist licensed by the Himalayan Institute in
Pennsylvania, E-RYT 200 and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga
Alliance, and Zumbaⓡ Instructor for 12+ years. Steff works with
clients to enhance their mental, emotional, and physical health.
Her services include Mindfulness & Meditation Coaching, Ayurveda
Wellness Coaching, Private Yoga Sessions, Livestream Yoga and Zumba
classes, and wellness courses and workshops. Steff is a lecturer
for Rutgers University's Department of Kinesiology.
